Show exhibitors and attendees accept all the responsibility for their personal belongings, musical instruments and/or gear that they bring inside the show venue or while in the venue parking lot(s).

The venue accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or theft of any personal belongings, musical instruments and/or gear that is brought into the show or while in the venues parking lot(s). Show exhibitors and/or attendees accept all responsibility for their own personal belongings, musical instruments and/or gear that they bring to the show venue and while in the facilities and/or their parking lot(s).

The Hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or theft of any personal musical instruments and/or gear that is brought into the Hotel or while in the Hotel parking lot. Show exhibitors and/or attendees accept all responsibility for their own personal belongings, musical instruments and/or gear that they bring to, and while in, the Hotel areas and/or their parking lot(s).

Note: no new instruments or products can be brought into the show by attendees. Only used instruments and gear may be brought in to the show by attendees to sell or trade with the exhibitors. No exceptions.
